Project Request: The home had an outer layer of vinyl siding that covered the original wood siding of the home. There was wood deterioration at the fascia trim, in the columns, and in the original siding hiding behind the vinyl. The home is a charming Four Square style that was built in the mid 1920s in the Church Hill neighborhood of Richmond. The homeowner wanted to replace their siding and trim in a manner that would properly represent the character of the neighborhood while also staying as budget friendly as possible.
